Rimsha also told that home remedies like green tea, garlic and all didn’t work for her. She worked out and ate a balanced diet to get in shape.
Throughout her journey, food was her best friend. Yes, you heard it right. Rimsha didn’t believe in cutting on all the foods at once.

“The myth was busted the moment I got on a diet that forced me to eat every three to four hours. One that had cheat days where I could eat away like a maniac and not feel guilty about it. Your relationship with food should never be a love-hate one. It’s only love and sugar and spice – everything nice,” says Rimsha.

Overall, she lost 90 kgs of weight, now being at 60 kgs. But she confessed that she still feels shy and conscious about her looks. She feels uncomfortable talking how she has been careless about her body for such a long time.
