New Delhi: Gurmehar Kaur, the 19-year-old daughter of Kargil martyr, has conveyed a strong message of peace between India and Pakistan in a powerful video posted on Facebook.

Gurmehar lost her father -Captain Mandeep Singh, in the 1999 border conflict when she was just 2-years-old.

Her silence speaks louder than words in the four-minute clip. She tells her story, without saying a word, by showcasing 30 placards in English.

From hating Muslims to stabbing a burkha clad woman, Gurmehar expressed her pain of not having a father.

She further says, “Today, I'm a soldier just like my dad...I fight for peace between India and Pakistan."

The message of her video is that she wants the "governments of both countries to stop pretending and solve the problem."

Enough is enough, she says at the end.

Heart touching!
