New Delhi: It’s been 47 years when astronaut Neil Armstrong made history by becoming the first man ever to walk on the moon.
In fact, Neil created several more records that day, from being the first human to land on moon to the first one to speak there.
Obviously, Armstrong’s achievement made him the star in the field of astronomy, not many people are aware of the second man to land on moon
He was astronaut Buzz Aldrin, the Lunar Module pilot.
While Neil became had several firsts on the moon, a funny record has also been set by Aldrin as well, which no one is much aware of.
Buzz Aldrin was the first man to PEE on moon.
Yes! You read that right and it’s true as well.
“Neil took one small step for man and one giant leap for mankind; I took one small step for man and one giant leak for mankind!” says Aldrin in his recent autobiographical book “No Dream Is Too High“
Of course he didn’t actually pee on the moon; Aldrin took his lunar leak into a special bag in his space suit, before trying to climb the Apollo 11 lander’s ladder.
Now that’s actually a fun fact about the first mission to moon.
