In a move aimed at improving capacity and expanding services to meet the growing demand, S-CCI India Pvt Ltd, manufacturers of Golden Cruiser range of coolants & brake fluids has added four 210 L & 20L Barrel Filling machines for lube oil & Diesel Exhaust Fluid to its factory at its plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
Made by PA Flowmatics in Bangalore, these automated 210 L & 20L Barrel Filling machines for Lube oil & Diesel Exhaust Fluid respectively, come with a Manual Capping System that can help the company ramp its completion deadlines well within time.
Mr. S K Singh, Director S-CCI India Pvt Ltd said, “We are seeing increased orders especially from the retail customers and the Independent Workshops ( IWS ). The Barrel filling machines are just some of the additions that we now have at the factory. We have invested over Rs 18 Crores in a new shed having a capacity of over 40.000 sq ft in addition to new filling machines and blow moulding machines from Milacron .The current expansion will help us cater to the increasing orders from various new customers”
The company has also added two Process Tanks with Additive Mixing Tanks, Agitators, Reduction Gear box and pipeline with valves for LUBE OIL with 10,000 litre capacity and Mass flow meter for LUBE OIL purchased from Fischer Rosemount (U.S.A) for better output.
It also has added one S.S. Process Tank with Additive Mixing Tank, Agitators, Reduction Gear box and pipeline with valves for AFC with a 45,000 litre capacity. One S.S. Process Tank with Additive Mixing Tank, Agitators, Reduction Gear box and pipeline with valves for Diesel Exhaust Fluid with 20,000 litre capacity and one Thermic fluid Boiler from Thermax India with 100 kcal capacity and one Process Control Panel (PLC) with SCADA system for Lubricating oil purchased from Siemens.
