Deadline for filing GST return extended in Kerala and flood-affected parts of Puducherry, Karnataka
The last date for filing GST return has been extended in Kerala, Mahe (Puducherry) and Kodagu (Karnataka).
In view of the havoc created by the floods in Kerala as well as parts of Puducherry and Karnataka, the deadline for filing GST return has been extended in these areas.

For the month of July 18, all the taxpayers can now submit Form GSTR-3B till 5th October.
For the month of August 18, all the taxpayers can now submit Form GSTR-3B till 10th October.
As far as Form GSTR-1 is concerned, the taxpayers having turnover up to Rs 1.5 crore, for July-Sep quarter, can now submit their returns till 15th November.
For the month of July 18, taxpayers with return over Rs 1.5 crore can now submit Form GSTR-1 till 5th October.
For the month of August 18, taxpayers with return over Rs 1.5 crore can now submit Form GSTR-1 till 10th October.
