New Delhi: Xolo has launched a budget smartphone, the Xolo Q710s, at Rs 6,999. The device is listed on company's website with price, but there is no official word on its availability as yet.
Xolo Q710s features a 4.5-inch qHD (540x960 pixels) IPS display, offering a pixel density of 245ppi and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M chipset alongside Mali 400 MP2 and 1GB of RAM. It is a dual-SIM device that runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
The handset comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard. The built-in storage on the handset is 8GB, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
Connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio and 3G network support. The smartphone comes with an ambient light sensor, accelerometer, and proximity sensor.
The device is fueled by a 2000mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 22 hours of talk time on 2G and 12 hours of talk time on 3G network. The handset measures 135x67x8.85mm.
