New Delhi: Xiaomi is all set to showcase its next flagship smartphone, the Mi 5, on February 24 at its MWC 2016 event. The company has released information about the smartphone and this time from the Xiaomi President Lin Bin, giving us an idea how capable the Mi 5's camera is.
Bin has shared photos, which have been shot on an unknown beach, and show a bird in flight. The photos (via GizmoChina) have quite a bit of details, and colors are bright and natural too. The impressive thing to note in the photo is the subject of the photographs.
The sample captures a bird in flight that not only need image stabilization but also fast focus. By the photos it can be assumed that the Mi 5′s camera will be accompanied by optical image stabilization and laser autofocus.
As per reports Xiaomi Mi 5 is tipped to include a 16-megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilisation and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. Other rumours suggest that it will come with a 5.2-inch display with either full-HD or QHD resolution and 3600mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 tech. The phone is said to come in two memory and storage versions - 3GB of RAM with 32GB inbuilt storage, and 4GB of RAM with 64GB storage.
Also the Mi 5 has been leaked in several images, which show the handset featuring a 2.5D curved glass display and 3D glass covering the back panel. The slim oval-shaped home button was also seen that is said to double up as the fingerprint sensor, which is claimed to be fastest sensor in the market.
