New Delhi: Apple Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Tim Cook is expected to launch a new iPhone lineup on September 9 event but there could be more in the bag than just a smartphone.

Cook will take the stage in San Francisco on Wednesday for a special media briefing where he, along with several other Apple executives, will launch the upcoming products of the company.

Could he announce more than just a new iPhone or there are more gadgets on the plate.

Here are three new products everyone is expecting to be launched at today's event:

iPhones

There is definitely going to be iPhone (s) in today's event. Everyone is so sure that Apple will name its new product line as iPhone 6S and 6S Plus but don't be surprised if the company has some other ideas for its new iPhones' naming strategy.

Almost certainly, there will be two phones, and they'll almost certainly be the same sizes: 4.7- and 5.5-inches. The phones are going to be slimmer with wider screens compared to its predecessors.

Apple could also decide to continue iPhone 5C, definitely with new name and upgraded hardwares.

Apple TV 4

Apple is going to announce a major upgrade to its digital set-top box Apple TV, a change many were hoping for quite some time.

The upgrades everyone is hoping is that it will be faster and smaller. A redesigned remote with a touchpad for easier input and motion controls is also on the cards.

It'll run a much more complete version of Apple's software, including Siri and an App Store.

Whatever upgrades the tech giant makes to the Apple TV, its going to get better and more fun.

The new Apple TV will come with a separate App Store for deep support for gaming, the report added, and also run iOS 9 Core. It is expected to be powered by the A8 chip, the same processor which Apple used in its last year's iPhone models - iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

iPad Pro

To compete with the large screen smartphones that are almost sizing up to iPad mini, Apple could announce a tablet with bigger screen. Speculations are ripe that a 12-inch tablet iPad Pro will be launched along side an upgraded version of iPad mini.

Apple has traditionally hosted a separate event for its iPad launches, usually a month after the launch of its new iPhone models, but this time it may launch both together, reports say.

The iPad Pro is expected to feature a 12.9-inch display with a screen resolution of 2732x2048 pixels. The configuration would put the device in the same line as the MacBook Air and Microsoft's Surface Pro 3 hybrid computer.
