Mumbai, Jan 16: The Tata Motors Group global wholesales, including Jaguar Land Rover, was 99,853 units, in December 2011, higher by 33 percent over December 2010.
Cumulative sales for the fiscal are 809,872 higher by 27 percent compared to the corresponding period in 2010-11, a company statement said here.
Global sales of all commercial vehicles - Tata, Tata Daewoo and the Tata Hispano Carrocera range - stood at 48,099 units in December 2011, a growth of 28 percent. Cumulative sales for the fiscal are 3,62,745, a growth of 27 per cent.
Global sales of all passenger vehicles were at 51,754 units in December 2011, higher by 38 percent. Cumulative sales for the fiscal are 4,47,127 units, higher by 26 percent.
Global sales of Tata passenger vehicles and the distribution off-take in India of Fiat cars were at 20,773 units for the month, higher by 28 per cent over December 2010.
Cumulative sales for the fiscal are at 2,30,715 units, higher by 31 per cent.
Global sales of Jaguar Land Rover in December 2011 was at 30,981 vehicles, higher by 45 percent over December 2010.
Jaguar sales for the month were 4,726 units, higher by 9 per cent, while Land Rover sales were 26,255 units, higher by 54 percent.
Cumulative sales of Jaguar Land Rover for the fiscal are 2,16,412 units, higher by 22 per cent.
Cumulative sales of Jaguar are 39,921 units, lower by 7 percent, while cumulative sales of Land Rover are 176,491 units, higher by 31 percent, the release said.
