New Delhi: Samsung Galaxy S7 is scheduled to go on to sale in February next year. However, pictures of the much-awaited S7 were leaked by the world's largest telecommunications company China Mobile.
Reportedly, Samsung is rumoured to launch two new and different version of its Smartphone - a 5.2-inch flat-screen version and a 5.5-inch curved screen version which will be named 'Galaxy S7 edge'.
According to a report published by Wall Street Journal, Samsung will not showcase its Galaxy S7 Smartphone this year, but will simply upgrade its existing Galaxy S6 series.
The WSJ's report also said the improvement will include a retina scanner, pressure sensitive display, a USB Type-C port and improved low-light camera.
The leaks from China Mobile was about the S7's variants and the technical specifications, but somehow the reports are causing confusion in the minds of the consumers.
Samsung, however, wants its rumoured 3-D touch feature to hit the competitive market as soon as possible.
The company is yet to provide any official date of the release of its S7 Smartphone.
