New Delhi: Amazon India has announced the first-ever open sale of OnePlus One smartphones on February 10 at 10 am to celebrate the completion of 10 weeks of OnePlus in India.
For this customers do not require an invite to purchase the smartphone. The phone is otherwise sold only to consumers who have an invite to buy the phone.
However, given the limited stock and high demand of the smartphone, it will not be an easy task for prospective buyers. The 64GB version of the OnePlus One will be selling for Rs 21,999.
OnePlus One comes with an impressive list of specifications, a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB RAM, a 5.5-inch 1080P display, 13MP camera with F2.0 aperture and Sony image sensor, 5MP front camera, 3100mAh battery, 4G-support and and NFC. It runs CyanogenMod 11S, a custom aftermarket version of Android developed by Cyanogen.
The company earlier announced that it has been developing its own version of Android and a build of the OS based on Lollipop (the latest version of Android), is expected to be released on February 12.
