Mumbai: The Anil Ambani-led Reliance group Monday said there was no search or raid by police at any of its offices in India.

"No search or raid has been conducted by police authorities at any office of the Reliance Group anywhere in India," the group said in a statement issued here.

"The work station of only one specific Reliance power employee was searched and no incriminating material of any kind was found."

Stating being unaware of the circumstances that led to the arrest of that employee, the group said Reliance Power is fully cooperating with the authorities.

"We are committed to propriety in all our business dealings, and do not support unlawful activities of any nature," the statement said.

For clarification to the millions of investors, all the listed companies of the group - Reliance Capital, Reliance Communications, Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure- filed the copy of the statement in the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Monday.
