New Delhi: Those who want to own Nokia X dual-SIM Android smartphone will now have pay less, as the device has received a price cut. It is now available at Rs 7,729, meaning a drop of roughly Rs 900.
Recently, to keep the momentum going for its customized Android device, Nokia recently announced its partnership with Bharti Airtel to roll-out free 500MB 3G data per month for three months.
Nokia X dual-SIM was launched in India on March 10 for Rs 8,599. A well-timed price cut would also mean good demand for its soon-to-be launched Nokia X+ and Nokia XL devices.

The device is powered by a highly customised version of Android, with Metro-inspired UI and access to Nokia's own app store. Nokia has used the AOSP version corresponding to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as the baseline for its operating system.
