Clearly, Moto E is a big budget launch by Motorola Mobility, which is in the process of being sold by Google to China's Lenovo, to bring specs-rich device to the low end of the market – what it calls “the next billion customers” who can't afford a smartphone—or even access the Internet. Hopefully, with Moto E, the company will finally be able to blur the line between the feature phones and smartphones.
