New Delhi: Intex has launched a new smartphone, the Aqua Xtreme V, a new variant of its popular Aqua Xtreme, at Rs 11,290.
Aqua Xtreme V comes with almost the same specifications as that of Aqua Xtreme, except the fact that the former includes 16GB of inbuilt storage.
Intex Aqua Xtreme V is a dual-SIM smartphone and features a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display with Dragontrail glass for protection.
The smartphone is powered by a 1.7GHz true octa-core MediaTek (MT6592) processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It offers a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, along with a secondary 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera includes options such as continuous shot, face beauty, live photo mode, Panorama, face detection, and smile shot. Internal storage of Intex Xtreme V comes with 32 GB of expandable storage slot. Connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, Bluetooth, and FM radio options.
The device runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box with the company promising an Android 5.0 Lollipop update to be rolled out in future.
The handset is fueled by a 2000mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 180 hours of standby time. It will be available in Black, Grey, and Red colours. It measures 144x69.7x6.99mm and weighs around 120 grams.
