2. Imperial Twin Tower


It's a residential skyscraper that has twin towers and is situated at the sea front in Tardeo, South Mumbai.

It was the tallest building in India till June 2012 when Palais Royale topped it.

It has around 60 floors and its height is around 254 meter i.e. 833 ft. These towers are built on former slum land and this model was used for slum and mill land redevelopment across the city, and across India as a whole.

The imperial towers were constructed in 5 years time. It was designed by renowned Mumbai architect Hafeez Contractor whereas the ownership belonged to realty firm S D Corporation Pvt. Ltd.
