First impression: Nokia Lumia 2520 is bright, light, and feels great to hold

New Delhi: Nokia has officially unveiled the company's first Windows 8.1 RT tablet, dubbed the Lumia 2520. The tablet takes design cues from Lumia smartphones and is available in red, white, cyan, and black.Nokia 2520

One the inside, there's a 2.2GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, that makes multitasking a breeze and the apps seem just as good as the Surface 2. Since it is Windows RT you also get access to the desktop Office apps as part of this device, and that's where Nokia's keyboard is useful. Nokia says that it went with RT since it offers better battery life, wakes up from sleep faster, and helps keep the tablet thinner, since an x86 processor needed to run Windows 8.1 is thicker than an ARM processor.
