New Delhi: Xolo's first Windows Phone 8.1 mobile platform based smartphone - Win Q900s, is up for pre-order at Snapdeal for Rs 9,999. The smartphone sports a hardware configuration similar to Nokia Lumia 630 Dual SIM.
The e-commerce website notes the release date of Win Q900s as second week of July. The price costs Rs 11,999.
The Xolo Win Q900s is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device and comes with a 4.7-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display with One Glass Solution (OGS) and Dragon Trail Glass. It powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) alongside 1GB of RAM and Adreno 302 GPU.
It has an 8-megapixel rear camera with PureCel sensor and LED flash, along with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The device is offered with 8GB of inbuilt storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
According to Xolo, with a weight of 100 grams, the Win Q900s smartphone, is the lightest Windows Phone smartphone available. The new Win Q900s will joins the recent unveiled budget Windows Phone 8.1 smartphones from Micromax, the Canvas Win W092 and Canvas Win W121, priced at Rs. 6,500 and Rs. 9,500 respectively.
The Win Q900s packs an 1800mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 14 hours of talk time and up to 246 hours of standby time on 3G network. The smartphone comes with GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and Micro-USB connectivity options.
The smartphone is currently available in Black colour variants only.
