Samsung launches Galaxy Core LTE

New Delhi: Korean handset maker Samsung has launched a 4G upgrade to the Galaxy Core, which gained substantial popularity in developing markets, including India. The device is available in Korea for 410,300 won (or Rs



The new device takes design cues from the Galaxy Round and Note 3, including a "leather and soft-feel" back covering for ease of handling. It is 9.8mm thick, which is a bit bulkier than its newer devices the Note 3, which had an 8.3mm depth.

The device packs in the usual Samsung software, such as Easy Mode, Adapt Sound, Safety Assurance, Motion UI, Smart Alert, S Voice, S Translator, and S Travel.
