OnePlus One unveiled, features Snapdragon 801 CPU and CyanogenMod 11S

New Delhi: OnePlus, the startup founded by former Oppo executive Pete Lau, has unveiled its first flagship smartphone, called the One. The smartphone offers all the bells and whistles of the flagship Android phones from



The company says a big advantage of using CyanogenMod is that the team generally releases a version of their mod on their "nightly" channel around a month after a new Android release. This means less waiting to get the latest Android version.

Other feature includes waking the phone with the use of voice, in a similar fashion to how this works on the Moto X. In addition, you'll also be able to draw gestures on the screen when the phone is sleeping to launch right into a specific app. The One can also be used with either onscreen or traditional capacitive buttons.

The One comes with a large 3000+ mAh battery.
