New Delhi: Mozilla has officially launched Firefox 29 for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android. Firefox 29 introduces an entirely new UI — called Australis — that does away with the Big Orange Button (BOG), adds some rounded corners, and, as a result, looks almost exactly like Google Chrome. Firefox 29 has been released over on Firefox.com and all existing users should be able to upgrade to it automatically.

The new version features the same three-bar menu on the right and rounded tabs, for example. The bars now sports cleaner looks with the current tab (far left) having a rounded and more noticeable shape. These tables don't try to shrink into unreadability, but rather stay the same size.
