DC Design reveals a modified version of Ford EcoSport!

New Delhi: Indian automotive design house DC Design has unveiled a customized Ford EcoSport with some major modifications done to its exteriors and interiors. The front fascia, which has been completely redesigned, looks completely different from the original company design. Unlike the regular EcoSport, there is no chrome to be seen on the front fascia and grille. In place of the headlamps, DC Design has added LED indicators and day time running lights. In addition, the model also has a huge air intake with a mesh type front grille. The headlamps are added to the front bumper and sit above the fog lamps.Also, the original body colour is now a dark metallic sheen to match with new changes done to the utility vehicle. Furthermore, the Ford emblem has been replaced by the logo 'DC', referring to the new design curator.Likewise, interiors too have been revamped. To accommodate more luxury and space, five-seat configuration has been turned into a four-seat system. The rear seats are electrically adjustable and the front seat folds to allow the rear passenger to place his/her legs and sit in absolute comfort. The backrest can also be adjusted to a certain degree for more comfort.The DC EcoSport vehicle boasts of a new air con blower unit on the front armrest for pampering rear seat passengers. Also, two large LCD displays for rear passengers have been added to make the ride more entertaining. DC Design is yet to reveal the cost of customization, which is likely to be around Rs 3.5 lakh.
