New Delhi, April 30:Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has received approval from the US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture and market Quinapril tablets. The tablet is generic equivalent of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Ltd's Accupril tablets and are indicated for the treatment of hypertension.
The product was approved out of the Unit VII (SEZ) formulations facility in Hyderabad.
