New Delhi: Xiaomi is soon going to launch its popular and affordable fitness band, the Mi Band 2. The company’s CEO Jun Lei has confirmed the launch on June 7 in a Q&A session that was held on the Mi Drone launch.
Earlier, Lei had passed a hint of the band, which was actually expected to launch on May 10 when the company announced the Mi Max and MIUI 8.
The new version of the Mi band expected to see many alterations. The Mi Band 2 is expected to sport a LED display screen and a physical button. Rumors reveal that the device sticks into a rubber strap, which is expected to be available in different colour variants.
It is also expected to come with a heart-rate sensor, something which the previous Mi band missed.
