New Delhi: India’s second-largest low-cost airline SpiceJet has announced a three-day sale on its flight tickets to mark its 11th anniversary. According to the airline's website, the sale of discounted tickets will start at midnight on 17th May and go on till 19th May.
The airline company is offering domestic tickets for travel between 15th June to 30th September 2016, that will be available at a starting price of Rs 511.
On the other hand, the international flight tickets to locations like Dubai, Bangkok, Colombo and Muscat will be available at a starting price of Rs 2,111. The travel period for international flights is June 1 to July 20 and is excluding taxes.
Customers can book the tickets on SpiceJet website and also from the iOS and the Android mobile app. The company's website also said that the discounted tickets can also be booked through other online ticket-boooking portals and through travel agents.

However, the offer is only applicable on one way ticket bookings. But the good news here is that the fare is refundable and the airline will return the statutory taxes in case of a cancellation.
Apart from this the airline will also offer a 50% discount on meals if the order is placed through the SpiceJet mobile app. Also you can avail for SpiceMax seats, which includes extra legroom, a complimentary drink and meal at a price of Rs 799.
SpiceJet in its website also said that there are limited numbers of discounted tickets available, which can be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
