New Delhi: HTC is going to unveil its flagship smartphone the HTC 10 in a launch event on April 12th. Before the event, HTC has been teasing different features of the smartphone. The latest video focuses on the camera aspect of the smartphone.
“We’re obsessed with perfecting every image and video experience. It will be the best ever smartphone for shooting photos and videos,” HTC says.
The video shows some sample shots that have been taken from the HTC 10 camera. It also shows the camera lens with manual controls that lets you set the shutter speed, aperture and more.
Rumors tell that the HTC 10 could go on sale three days after the official launch, at a price tag starting from RMB 3,799 (approximately Rs 39,000) for the base variant and the top-end variant at RMB 5,888 (approximately Rs 60,500).
According to all the leaks and rumours, it is expected that the HTC 10 will feature a 5.2-inch QHD display. It will come with a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 quad-core chipset and is expected with Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It will come with 16GB, 32GB and 128GB storage options with microSD card slot for further expansion.
The leaks point out that the camera will come with a 12-UltraPixel sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), PDAF and laser auto-focus along with 8-megapixel front-facing camera with OIS. In terms of connectivity the smartphone has Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G LTE and USB Type-C port are expected. The HTC 10 could run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow layered with Sense UI 8 running atop.
