Jaisalmer/Sumerpur (Rajasthan): Holding Congress responsible of making the life of common man painful, Narendra Modi today asked people to erase that party from the political map of the country.

Accusing Congress of betraying the downtrodden sections, he challenged its claims of working for the welfare of the poor and said, “Congress leaders just humiliate the poor and do nothing for them...
“They enjoy talking about the poor, but do not take interest in their uplift,” he said at BJP rallies in Sumerpur (Pali), Jaisalmer and Jodhpur, the home turf of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.
Today was the last day of campaigning for the 200-member Rajasthan Assembly. Polling will be held on December 1 in 199 constituencies as voting in Churu has been postponed to December 13 following death of BSP candidate.
