New Delhi: Asanas are the different postures that help in making human body physically healthy and fit. For promoting yoga activities, PM Narendra Modi introduced the concept of commemorating June 21 every year as International Yoga Day. This is the second year of the conception where a yoga session was led by the PM with army officers, physically challenged people and school students in attendance in Chandigarh.
