New Delhi: After crowning Miss Columbia, Paulina Vega as Miss Universe 2015, the contest has sparked immense criticism from around the world for the decision. The flaks regarding the unjust win of Miss Columbia have raised many questions.

The social media is abuzz with the facts in support for Miss Jamaica Kaci Fennell who they think should have won the coveted title. One of the theories being strongly supported as the reason behind Miss Jamaica not winning the pageant is that she has short hair.

Kaci Fennell was one of the most revered contestants this year. And such was the fury in the audience for Kaci's defeat that they even booed and not cheered when Miss Columbia was crowned on Sunday.

Though Kaci was all appreciated for her brilliant frame and sharp features, her Halle Berry styled hair allegedly deterred her to be Miss Universe 2015.

While her confidence and her to-fight-it-out attitude is making her garner a lot of support, Kaci's parents have openly criticized the panel of the pageant stating that if the lady has failed to win it due to her short hair, the criteria should have been written earlier.

In a statement issued to a leading daily, Kaci's grandfather said “In my mind she was absolutely beautiful in her short hair. She was different but if the judges didn't want short hair then say so. I wish I knew how these contests were judged where there are other factors that are unwritten that have to be considered”.

Miss Jamaica who was titled the fifth runner up in the contest shortly left the stage and soon #MissJamaicaShouldHaveWon began trending on twitter.
