New Delhi: Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Dia Mira, Vishal Bharawaj along with many other celebs attended the screening of Anurag Kashyap's much-awaited movie ‘Ugly' on Tuesday.
The movie is based on complex relationships that surround a tragedy. It features Ronit Roy, Tejasvini Kolhapure, Rahul Bhat, Vineet Singh, Girish Kulkarni, Siddhanth Kapoor and Surveen Chawla.
The sexy siren Surveen Chawala will be seen as a notorious student in an item number in Ugly. It's third such hot number for this Bollywood babe.
The song ‘Nichod de' has Surveen seducing our onscreen professor in a rather quirky way.
Shahid and Alia who have recently wrapped up the shooting of their upcoming movie ‘Shaandaar' were spotted at this screening.
The movie, which is touted to be India's first destination wedding film, will see the actors essay insomniacs.
Alia Bhatt revealed: “I am really looking forward to watching Ugly; I think everyone looks forward to an Anurag Kashyap film whenever it is about to release. Ugly is a very special film for me for a different reason, which you all will find out soon.”

Many TV celebs too were spotted. Said to be a dark movie, Ugly is written and directed by Anurag Kashyap.
'Ugly' is about the kidnapping of a young girl, which unravels the complex interpersonal relationships of various characters in the film.
The movie generated positive response at various international film festivals including Cannes where it was screened in the Director's Fortnight sidebar in 2013.
'Ugly' is all set to release this Friday on December 26, in 400 screens.

Anurag said he saw people reaching out to their children after watching the film and that was his purpose behind making 'Ugly'.
The film's soundtrack is composed by G.V Prakash Kumar & Brian McOmber, with the latter composing 2 songs and the background score.
The film released in France in May 2014 stating that it had a "brilliant script and amazing performance."
It is also assumed that Ugly will steal the show from Aamir Khan's PK.
