Mumbai: So the rumours have now flaked again that Kapil Sharma, the most adored face of television nowadays is in a relationship. Kapil, who has become a famous celebrity of Bollywodd as well, is reported to be seeing Preeti Simoes who is the creative director of Comedy Nights With Kapil.
"Kapil and Preeti got attracted to each other when Kapil was doing Comedy Circus. After that, Kapil and Preeti together created 'Comedy Nights With Kapil'. Preeti has been working in the TV industry for many years", a source closed to the comedian quoted. One of Kapil's friend even claimed that Kapil and Preeti are likely to tie the nuptial knot next year.
Preeti Simoes who is not that friendly in making public appearances is however, not at par with the other actors who are also a part of the creative team. She has never been seen sharing the stage with Kapil. But the television industry people know that she's been a part of the small screen for a long time.
They are believed to met at the stage of Comedy Circus, when Kapil wasn't a very known face and trying to make it big in the tinsel town. Kapil, who has also tried his hands in singing and acting, made his biggest impact in comedy.
It is also said that the show, 'Comedy Nights with Kapil' is a brain-child of these two only. And it's the bonded efforts of the two that has resulted in making the show, a run over success.
The reason behind their being keeping the relation packed till now is said to be their long time understanding and togetherness. Even their close friends have ensured that this is a secret. So much so that one doesn't even come across pictures of the two together, albeit a few old ones.
Kapil was also believed to be hitched with his childhood friend Ginni Chatrath, when she uploaded a status on Facebook.
The comedian, however, sticked to the record that he is single and doesn't want to marry and have his wife secluded at home while he's busy at work away from her. " I am married only to my work", he has quoted this time and again.
Meanwhile, many close friends of Kapil have revealed that he has planned to get wedded by next year.
