New Delhi: Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Dhoom 3 is breaking all records in India and overseas. After minting mind-boggling Rs 396.12 cr worldwide within just thirteen days of its release. The film is now gazing at Rs 400 cr.
Tweets trade analyst Taran Adarsh, “Dhoom3 Overseas total till Wednesday: $ 23.01 million [Rs 143.42 cr]. All Time Blockbuster.”
The action drama has become the highest grosser in couple of countries namely Australia –UAE and with New Year it has dominated the USA-Canada market too. With this it has surpassed ‘3 Idiots' record there by 1 million US Dollar.
Confirms Taran Adarsh, ‘Dhoom3 is unstoppable in USA-Canada. Total till Wed: $ 7.451 million [Rs 46.40 cr]. Almost $ 1 million more than 2nd highest grosser 3I.
The UAE-GCC market is also flourishing gold. “Dhoom3 continues to dominate in UAE-GCC too. Total till Wed: $ 5.750 million [Rs 35.82 cr]. Incredible!” writes Taran.
The joint total of USA-Canada and UAE-GCC stands at over Rs 82 cr. “Unbelievable, but true! Dhoom3 business from just USA-Canada and UAE-GCC, these two markets, is Rs 82 cr +”, confirms Adarsh.
