New Delhi, Dec 19: An unconscious girl, aged 18 to 20 years, was found lying on the road near National Highway 24 in Ghaziabad's Vijay Nagar this morning.

The girl was immediately taken to Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital in Shahdara where she is undergoing treatment.

Eyewitnesses said, it appears that the girl was poisoned after she was raped.

Police is investigating.
