Living in a rented flat owned by Omprakash Gupta, an IAS officer, Samarth has claimed he was impotent and cited his impotency as the reason behind the wide collection of porn CDs at his flat.
Samarth and Chandrakant Mukherjee were arrested for running porn CD business operated from their Meera Tower apartment.
